The Intention of this BLOG site

I have created this BLOG site to share with my friends and family, my experiences and reflections, during my volunteer work experience in Nigeria, this past summer 2007. I traveled to Nigeria, July 12 to August 27 th to join up with a small non-profit organization in Nigeria, Global Relief, to learn more about their poverty reduction efforts and to lend a hand. This site is a collection of my thoughts, my experiences, my photographs, etc. from this past summer.

Please note that due to the blogging process, to follow correct chronological order, you must start reading from the OLDEST blogs to the recent. Remember - this is my experience, and my understanding of things I learnt - there may be other opinions, perspectives and/or truths in some instances.

I have left a lot of my experiences out of this blog - as blogging can be quite time consuming, and there is already ample pages here. This is only a taste of what my summer in Nigeria entailed. Thanks for your interest. Please feel free to comment.
